For 2008, Audi, one of the world’s premiere automobile manufacturers, released the 2008 Audi R8. The Audi R8 is aptly named after their 5-time winner of the Le Mans championship racecar.
The 2008 Audi R8 comes with an impressive standard engine configuration, a 4.2-liter 420-horsepower V8. Introductorily priced at approximately $110k, the Audi R8 was designed to capture a part of the high-end luxury sports car market.
The 2008 Audi R8 comes in a choice of either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed auto-shift manual. The Audi R8 also comes with a fully aluminum body, a power rear spoiler and a glass engine cover.
